Systems integration
Capture it once. Let it flow everywhere.
Most businesses already use good software. The problem is that none of it talks to each other, so people become the integration layer. We connect your systems so data moves between them automatically and accurately.
Today
- Online order arrives in the store
- Retyped into the accounting package
- Customer added again in the CRM
- Payments matched to invoices by hand
With the system
- Order captured once in the store
- Invoice created in accounting automatically
- CRM updated with the customer and order
- Payment matched and marked as paid
01
The problem
Good integration is invisible. Your team stops noticing it, because the information they need is simply already there. Behind the scenes, every connection is logged and monitored, so when something unexpected happens, somebody knows.
- The same customer, order or invoice is typed into two or three different systems.
- Your online store, accounting package and CRM never quite agree with each other.
- Payments have to be matched to invoices by hand.
- A spreadsheet sits in the middle of everything, and only one person knows how it works.
02
What we build
-
Accounting integrations
Invoices, payments, customers and suppliers synced with your accounting software, so your books match what actually happened.
-
CRM and sales connections
Leads, quotes and customer records flowing between your website, CRM and the systems that deliver the work.
-
E-commerce and payments
Online orders, payment confirmations and customer details passed straight into fulfilment and accounting with no manual re-entry.
-
Spreadsheet bridges
Where a spreadsheet still makes sense, we connect it properly, so it reads from and writes to your systems instead of being copied by hand.
-
Custom APIs and middleware
When two systems have no ready-made connector, we build the link between them, with error handling, logging and retries.
03
Typical deliverables
- A map of your systems and how data should move between them
- Working integrations between the agreed systems
- Error alerts and a log of every sync, so problems are visible
- Rules for which system is the "source of truth" for each type of data
- Documentation of every connection and what it does

What changes for your business
Every project is different. These are the kinds of results this work is designed to deliver.
- Data is captured once, then shared wherever it is needed.
- Fewer mismatches between your systems, and less time reconciling them.
- Faster order-to-invoice, because nothing waits for someone to retype it.
- A clear, reliable picture of the business drawn from connected data.
Common questions
Which systems can you connect?
Most modern accounting, CRM, e-commerce, payment, email and spreadsheet tools offer a way to connect, usually an API. We will check your specific systems during the process review and tell you what is possible.
What if one of our systems has no API?
There are often other options, such as scheduled file exports, database connections or email-based imports. If there is no reliable way in, we will say so, and discuss whether replacing that system makes more sense.
What happens when a sync fails?
Every integration we build logs what it does and alerts someone when something fails, so an error is fixed quickly instead of being discovered at month-end.
Do we need to replace our existing software?
Usually not. Integration is often the fastest and cheapest way to get more from the software you already pay for.
